The Scent of Color

The Scent of The Color is at once contradictory and harmonious–the essence of Japanese aesthetics. An image of a flower can inspire an imaginary olfactory sensation and the inspiration often makes the impression of the scent stronger and more pleasing than the actual flower. Therein lies the inspiration for this series.
